• Generated images: Images you create are stored temporarily for delivery and automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, generation count) for service improvement. No personal browsing history is tracked.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the AI image generation service.
• To communicate with you about your account (e.g., verification emails, payment receipts).
• To prevent abuse and maintain service security.

3. Data Storage & Deletion

• Images are stored on secure servers (Alibaba Cloud + Tencent Cloud) and automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Account data is stored in an encrypted database.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform. Each service processes only the data necessary for its function:

• DeepSeek (深度求索) — AI text analysis for prompt generation. Receives product descriptions you provide. Privacy Policy
• ByteDance Volcano Engine (火山引擎/Seedream 5.0) — AI image generation (primary model). Receives image prompts you create. Data processed in China. Privacy Policy
• Alibaba DashScope (通义万相/qwen-image-plus) — Backup AI image generation. Receives image prompts. Data processed in China. Privacy Policy
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (verification codes, receipts). Receives your email address only. Privacy Policy
• PayPal — Payment processing. We never store your credit card details. Payment data is handled entirely by PayPal. Privacy Policy
• Tencent Cloud COS — Image storage and CDN delivery. Stores generated images temporarily. Data processed in the United States. Privacy Policy

Cross-Border Data Transfer: By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in China (for AI generation via ByteDance and Alibaba) and the United States (for image storage via Tencent Cloud). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: encrypted passwords (bcrypt, 12 rounds), JWT authentication tokens, HTTPS for all communications, and restricted server access.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us. We will respond within 30 days.
