1. Service Description

DeepCut Studio provides AI-powered product photography and copywriting services for e-commerce sellers. Users describe their requirements, and our AI generates images and copy.

2. Account Registration

You must register an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

3. Credits & Payments

• New users receive free trial credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased via PayPal.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused subscription credits roll over to the next month while your subscription is active.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or security measures.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of images and copy generated using our service. We make no claim over your outputs. The service itself (software, UI, AI models) is owned by DeepCut Studio.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

DeepCut Studio is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify material changes via email.
